I haven't blogged about it yet, but I had a critical business need to keep track of tables in my notes and Evernote didn't provide that capability. I found that I could use a table that had been imported from OneNote, but I couldn't add columns. In the end, I couldn't let an experiment stand in the way of being able to get my day job done. I've been back on OneNote for about a week now.

I ran into a show-stopper for my little experiment this morning: table support in Evernote is VERY limited and I use them a bunch. I have a burning project on my plate that I cannot spend time trying to figure out how to hack the answer in Evernote, so I've switched back to OneNote. I like the thought of using Live Mesh to stay in sync...

the main reason i gave up on evernote (for the time being) is that you can't mix ink and text in the same note. i posted this question on their forum (http://tinyurl.com/5n4ywt) and after receiving a response, i made my decision to stop using evernote.

i keep my copies of onenote in syc by using live mesh.
