Okay so I have the same problem and I bought my iPod Touch on thursday this past week. However, the time on my computer is correct.
My time zones are correct.
I shut 'time zone support' off.

My iPod Touch still keeps going back 6 hours exactly.
Is there anything else I can do??

GUYS!!! here is how you do it..
this whole time, i had my day light saving off.. but it should be on(on the computer)
follow these steps to fix it
1)click your time
2)click "Change date and time settings..."
3)on the Date and Time tab, there should be a button called "Change time zone"
4)Click "Change time zone"
5)Check the box that says "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time
6)After you check the box, it should give you a time that should be 1 hour ahead from the real time
7)Press Ok
8)You should be back on the "Date and Time tab". Change the time by clicking "Change date and time..." to what the real time is (because the time on your computer should be an hour ahead)
9)Voila! connect your ipod, whatever.. It will not change the time on your ipod!
Hope it works!

somewhere amidst all the solutions listed above one of them fixed my ipod i think it was the "time zone support turn off" or the "delete backup ipod" one. i went to preferences devices ideleted the backup exited itunes went and turned off time zone support re-entered itunes and all has been well ever since. (note: i never unpluged my ipod touch for any of this)

I'V FOUND A SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you need to do is to set the windows to Sync time with the server.
and make sure that the time is correct!
if the time is still not correct, try to check the ''Auto daylight saving''

it worked fine for me.
